Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or CDA certification preferred.
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid or willingness to obtain them.
• Experience in early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, hands-on activities.
• Supervise classroom activities and maintain safety protocols.
• Communicate regularly with families about children's progress.
• Observe and document child development tailored to individual needs.
• Mentor classroom assistants and collaborate on improvements.
• Build a warm, inclusive learning environment.
