Qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous experience preferred.
• Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to address stressful situations professionally and multi-task.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs for child handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Support the education program using play philosophy.
• Interact closely with children at their level.
• Maintain supervision of children at all times.
• Assist in toileting and diaper changes as necessary.
• Communicate effectively and professionally.
• Assist in emergencies and evacuate the building safely.
