Job summary

The Malvern School is seeking an Assistant Teacher for the Infant classroom at The Malvern School of Montgomeryville. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

As an Assistant Teacher, you will help deliver a high-quality early childhood education program, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and communicate regularly with parents to meet or exceed expectations through in-person chats and digital updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2,500 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1,250 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and engaging classroom environment for the infant group.

Job Summary:

• Teacher assists in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Teacher maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Teacher communicates regulary with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.
