Join us as an Infant and Toddler Teacher Aide - Full-Time, Full-Year at Miami Valley Child Development Centers, Inc.

About Us

Miami Valley Child Development Centers is southwest Ohio's Head Start Agency, providing FREE early learning and childcare for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. We focus on a two-generational approach that supports family well-being by working with children and their caregivers to access resources, solve problems, and develop skills. We serve families earning up to 100% of the Federal Poverty Level, including children experiencing homelessness, foster, or kinship care, and children with disabilities. Our services are available at over 27 locations across Montgomery, Clark, and Madison counties.

Position Details

Classification: Full-Time, Full-Year, Non-Exempt

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
  • Support classroom routines and work with children in small groups or individually.
  • Ensure compliance with ODJFS, USDA, and health and sanitation regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Based on education and experience.
