Lakeview Development Center in Illinois is seeking an energetic Co-Teacher to support a classroom of students through the school year. You will assist lead teachers, assess students' current academic level, and design instruction to meet both group and individual needs.

You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential, with strong creativity and problem-solving skills. The role emphasizes engaging instruction and collaboration with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 30 college hours with 6 infant toddler coursework hours/CDA Certification.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines.
• Problem-solving and mediation skills.

Responsibilities
