Little Sunshines Academy-Winterville in Winterville, NC is hiring Infant and Preschool Teachers for both part-time and full-time roles. We’re seeking educators who believe in kids feeling seen, safe, and supported and who want a long-term home where growth into leadership is possible.

You’ll create joyful, hands-on learning experiences, build strong relationships with families, and be part of a supportive team focused on doing right by children.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) or 5+ years of experience with young children.
• NC Early Childhood Credential preferred (not required) to apply.
• A genuine love for early childhood education — not just a job, but a calling.
• Warmth, patience, reliability, and the ability to stay calm when someone spills paint on your shoes.
