Jennmar Services in Coulterville/Marissa, Illinois, is hiring experienced and inexperienced underground coal miners for full-time roles. No certification is required—we are preparing for our next Free 40-hour MSHA class, with training opportunities available.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, paid biweekly, with benefits including health, dental, and vision after 60 days, PTO after 90 days, and a 401(k) from day one.

Competenze

• 40-hour MSHA training required or provided during onboarding.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug screen, physical).
• Must be able to work 8–12 hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.

We are currently seeking Experienced and Inexperienced Underground Coal Miners in the Marissa and Coulterville areas. These are full-time coal mining positions with competitive salary and benefits available.

Pay and Benefits

• $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience, paid biweekly

Job Requirements

• 2 forms of ID
• Ability to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays required.
• Must have the physical ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug screen, physical exam)
