• Mechanical skills for CHR tasks
• Sized to be able to fit through manways
• Fit enough to do physical activities in protective gear

• Leader, able to instruct clearly and effectively

Responsibilities

• Undertakes task for catalyst change-out on fixed bed reactors, tubular reactors or reformers
• Set up equipment; rig vacuum pipe and other items to reactor
• Remove catalyst from multi-bed reactors and operate unloading cyclone
• Inspect vessel for cleanliness and dust-free condition
• Ensure equipment and procedures follow CHR standards
• Inspect loading and unloading equipment and ensure proper setup
• Communicate progress and advise on issues to Supervisor
