A global consulting firm is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Manager to lead the design and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES solutions in a Life Sciences environment. This role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree. The position offers a flexible work location across the US and requires collaboration with business management and users to define needs strategically.
This role can sit anywhere in the US as long as it is near an Accenture Corporate Office.

A ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager ready to take on new challenges. As industries head towards Manufacturing and Factory Digitalization, MES stand in the center of manufacturing excellence.
Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment
Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs
Work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value
Document and analyze the information needs of the business and ensure appropriate solutions are delivered according to GxP standards
Respond to requests for client proposals
Manage and develop client relationships
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES solutions in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience
Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items
Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes
Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including location, role, skill set, and experience. A reasonable salary range is provided for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington. Role Location Annual Salary Range by market: California $94,400 to $266,300; Colorado $94,400 to $230,000; District of Columbia $100,500 to $245,000; Illinois $87,400 to $230,000; Minnesota $94,400 to $230,000; Maryland $94,400 to $230,000; New York/New Jersey $87,400 to $266,300; Washington $100,500 to $245,000.
