The Opportunity
As part of the Operations and Strategy team you will lead the strategic direction and execution of the Industry Program Quarterback initiatives. As a Director you will set the tone for business growth, mentor future leaders, and maintain impactful client relations while overseeing multiple projects that drive success across the organization.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 8 years of experience in professional services, corporate strategy, industry operations, pharma & life sciences, health services, or a similar business environment

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Marketing preferred
- Demonstrating thought leadership in industry strategy
- Managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
