Your role and responsibilities
As a Industry Enterprise Strategy Consultant, the candidate will lead global enterprise transformations, manage complex projects, and drive business process improvements, using your extensive ERP, EPM, and OCM expertise. Create strategic business plans, ensure ITGC and SOX compliance, and serve as a thought leader in emerging technologies like blockchain. Key responsibilities include managing transformation initiatives, conducting assessments, and leading productization efforts, all while effectively communicating complex concepts to stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
Required technical and professional expertise
Required Skills:
Extensive experience in business advisory, strategic planning, and enterprise transformation.
Proven expertise in ERP implementation, especially SAP, and EPM implementations, including Hyperion.
Deep understanding of business process improvement, integrated enterprise transformation, and organizational change management (OCM).
Demonstrated success in leading global enterprise transformation initiatives, process improvement projects, and integration projects.
Experience in managing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs, including Order-to-Cash (OtC), Procure-to-Pay (PtP), and Record-to-Report (RtR) processes.
Ability to develop business strategies, benchmarks, KPIs, metrics, and governance frameworks, along with enabling technologies.
Certified Change Agent with experience in Change Management, ITGC, and SOX compliance.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams, and effectively communicating complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management, with experience in PMO, and knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud.
Education and Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field.
Relevant professional certifications, including Certified Change Manager from Changefirst, IBM Gold Badge Certification (Oil & Gas Industry), and SAP certifications in SD, BW, and ABAP.
