Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed or be on track to complete a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field) by December 2026
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, at time of graduation
• Prior relevant work experience or internship/co-op
• Algorithm prototyping and coding skills
• Familiarity with industrial controls, preferably Allen Bradley
• Understanding of at least one CAD package, preferably SolidWorks
• Familiarity with industrial robots, preferably Fanuc

Responsibilities

Over two (2) immersive years, you'll dive deep into advanced supply chain engineering, exploring controls automation, robotics, test systems, and factory simulation concepts. With personalized mentorship and tailored education, you'll hone your project management skills and gain invaluable exposure to cross‑functional rotations, accelerating your career in manufacturing and operations.

This position will be based in Louisville, KY. Your assignments may require occasional travel to our other manufacturing locations in Decatur, AL; Lafayette, GA; Selmer, TN; Camden, SC.
