Job summary

Wellington Management Company is seeking an Equity Research Associate to join their Global Industry Research Industrials Team in Boston. You will support the coverage of diversified Industrials, working closely with a senior Global Industry Analyst. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of investment experience, strong analytical capabilities, and superior financial modeling skills.

This position also offers a comprehensive benefits package, along with a competitive base salary range of USD 90,000 – 180,000, and flexibility for remote work one day per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of previous investment experience, ideally within a Long/Short (L/S) framework.
• Experience covering the industrials sector in sell-side equity research, investment banking, private equity, or buy-side roles.
• Strong data and technology skills, including experience using platforms/tools to screen, rank, and manage large stock universes.

• Build and maintain company financial models on prospective investments.
