Wabtec in the United States is seeking an Industrialization Leader to drive the transition of products from design to mass production. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing readiness, process efficiency, and quality while integrating industrial processes with maintenance of machinery and systems.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in industrialization or manufacturing engineering.
You will work closely with Engineering, R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure successful product launches and manufacturing readiness. This role serves as a key liaison between cross-functional stakeholders, coordinating industrialization activities, resolving production challenges, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
As the Industrialization Leader in the machine shop, you will oversee the transition of products from design to mass production, ensuring manufacturing readiness, process efficiency, and quality while leading cross-functional teams. This role integrates industrial processes with the maintenance of machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.

Shop-floor settings require continuous ear protection and may expose workers to temperature extremes, humidity, dust, vapors, fumes, and vibration. 10% travel is needed to sister companies, vendors, customers, or benchmarking sites.
