Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing painting.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (forklift, crane, or manipulators).

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging of parts before paint.
• Apply industrial wet coatings using spray equipment to achieve proper film thickness and finish.
• Perform paint touch-up and rework to correct defects and ensure consistency.
• Load and unload parts with manipulators, conveyors, and forklifts to maintain workflow.
• Operate and maintain paint spray systems and related equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure paint thickness and finish meet standards.
• Follow CI principles to improve processes and reduce defects.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE at all times.
