EMCOR Group, Inc. seeks a welder for ongoing maintenance work in Franklinton, NC. The welder lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs piping systems, pipe supports, fixtures, and also welds structural steel to repair damaged structures and perform maintenance on existing metal frameworks.

The candidate should read blueprints, have a full set of tools for industrial welding, and be able to work in heights and confined spaces while complying with safety requirements.

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic diagrams
• Have a complete set of tools for industrial pipe fitting/welding
• Ability to stoop, bend, and manipulate tools in confined spaces
• Perform work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs (occasional 50 lbs)
• Pass pipe coupon weld test
