Job summary

A leading industrial mechanical service provider is seeking a Welder for an ongoing maintenance role in Franklinton, North Carolina. The successful candidate will lay out, fabricate, and weld piping systems and structural steel. Requirements include the ability to communicate in English, interpret technical drawings, and lift up to 50 pounds. A minimum of four years of experience in an industrial setting is preferred. This is a full-time position with physical and safety requirements applicable to the job.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of reading and interpreting technical documents.
• Must possess a complete set of appropriate tools for fitting/welding.
• Ability to perform tasks in small and confined spaces.
• Must have the capacity to perform work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, fabricate, and assemble piping systems.
