Job summary

Par Health is seeking an experienced industrial welder for pipe and plate welding, metal fabrication, and pipe fitting. You will interpret blueprints and isometrics, fabricate and install piping systems, and collaborate with maintenance and construction teams to complete projects safely and accurately. Rate of Pay: $33 - $34.

Role requires welding across carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and Alloy 20, with shop and field work including confined spaces when required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial welding experience.
• Ability to interpret 2D drawings and isometrics for piping.
• Must pass a 6G pipe weld test (GTAW root, SMAW cap).
• Confinement space entry and respirator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, project plans, and isometric drawings.
• Weld and fabricate piping systems to specifications.
• Perform GTAW (TIG), SMAW (Stick), and FCAW (MIG) welding.
• Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and Alloy 20.
• Fabricate, repair, inspect, and test piping and structural components.
• Perform occasional plastic/polymer welding.
• Support safety programs and PPE compliance.
• Work in shop and field environments, including confined spaces.
