Job summary

TANN Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a multi-skilled Industrial Welder/Fabricator for project-based work on custom-designed equipment. This role blends welding, fabrication, and insulation with close collaboration with engineers and project managers.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years welding/fabricating experience, MIG proficiency, and the ability to read drawings and P&IDs. OSHA safety knowledge and a strong safety mindset are required to support our culture of quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years welding/fabricating experience.
• MIG welding proficiency (including MIG Pulse).
• Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, and layout diagrams.
• OSHA and industry safety standards knowledge.
• Ability to learn and apply TANN Way safety, quality, teamwork, accountability.

Responsibilities

• Weld using MIG on carbon and stainless steel to meet quality standards.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install metal components from blueprints.
• Insulate piping, ducts, tanks, and equipment per spec.
• Collaborate with engineers/project managers on custom solutions.
• Follow orders, maintain safe work practices, and support team.
