Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Industrial Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our National Industrial Water Team. You will support planning, design, and construction for private/industrial water clients, including data centers, manufacturing, power, and mining sectors.

Location is flexible with teleworking opportunities. You will lead projects as a process engineer or discipline lead, collaborate with a global team, and mentor junior engineers while growing your career within a supportive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in civil, chemical, environmental, mechanical engineering, or related field.
Professional Engineer license (PE or EIT).
At least 5 years of consulting experience with industrial water and wastewater clients.
Experience delivering industrial and municipal planning and design projects.
Understanding of process mechanical designs and water/wastewater unit processes and technologies.
Experience developing mass balances, process flow diagrams, and P&ID.
Willingness to learn Jacobs’ proprietary tools.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design and construction projects for industrial water clients.
Support municipal and industrial water projects with career growth opportunities.
Serve as process engineer, discipline lead or task lead on projects.
Collaborate with local and global technologists to deliver innovative solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reports.
