Jacobs is seeking an Industrial Water/Wastewater Engineer to support planning, design, and construction for private/industrial water clients nationwide. You will lead projects for data centers, manufacturing, power, and other sectors, often as process engineer or lead on teams.
The role offers teleworking options, growth opportunities, and collaboration with a global technology team to deliver transformative water solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil, chemical, environmental, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- Professional Engineer license (PE) or EIT.
- At least 5 years of consulting experience with industrial water and wastewater clients.
- Experience delivering industrial and municipal planning and design projects.
- Understanding of process mechanical designs, water and wastewater unit processes, master planning and condition assessments.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, design and construction projects for industrial water clients.
- Lead technical innovation and quality solutions on projects.
- Possess ability to serve as process engineer, discipline lead, or task lead on small to large projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with local and global teams.
