Arcadis is seeking an Industrial Water Regional Growth Lead to join our West Coast Design and Engineering team as a “seller/doer”. This technical position will be key to our growth in the US, with a focus on the west coast, undertaking conceptual and detailed process design for industrial water treatment and sustainability projects in various industries including Technology, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Life Science, Aerospace, Automotive, Chemical, Pulp & Paper.
The Industrial Water Regional Growth Lead will be a key member of Arcadis' national practice, leading the development of industrial water/wastewater projects across California and the western US, serving multiple sectors and clients. Industrial Water is a rapidly growing sector, and we are poised for significant expansion through large, complex projects worldwide.
You will lead client management and development, serving as a technical expert during project execution. This client-facing role involves collaboration across various locations to support projects and business development nationally and globally. Ideal candidates will have a background in consulting engineering within the Water Sector, focusing on Industrial Water/Wastewater Treatment.

We offer comprehensive benefits and a salary range of $131,023 - $242,107, based on experience and other factors.
