GAI Consultants is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead and deliver complex industrial water and wastewater design projects. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a passion for water infrastructure and a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and construction services for industrial water and wastewater projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple disciplines.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both established and new clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for services.
- Mentor and develop a team of talented engineering professionals.
- Ensure technical excellence in advanced treatment facilities and process engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in process engineering and consulting.
- Demonstrated success in delivering water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Deep technical knowledge of advanced treatment processes and facility design.
Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with and garner support from key stakeholders and staff.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical reports and procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports and other business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
