HDR is seeking an experienced Industrial Wastewater (IWW) Program Lead to manage business development efforts within the Oil, Gas, and Chemicals Practice. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial water/wastewater treatment systems and will lead teams on complex engineering projects.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary between $170,000 and $230,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement savings with employer match.

• Minimum 10 years of direct experience with industrial water/wastewater treatment systems.
• Maintains professional registration and relevant technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
