The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of relevant experience in industrial water/wastewater treatment and demonstrate strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities include leading proposal development and managing project teams. Compensation ranges from $170,000 to $230,000 based on experience and location. This position is based in Austin, Texas, and supports multiple locations across North America.

• 10 years of experience in industrial water/wastewater treatment.
• Maintains professional engineering registration and experience.
