Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Bakersfield, CA, is seeking an Industrial Warehouse Supervisor to lead the local warehouse team.

You will supervise unloading, stocking, picking and shipping, and ensure accuracy of both product and paperwork while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized space. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, certification for material handling equipment, and compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations; the schedule is Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory control.
• Material Handling Equipment Certification and knowledge of OSHA/DOT regulations.
• Must be 21+ years old, valid state license, and DOT Medical card.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities
