Sonaca North America is seeking an Industrial/Warehouse Engineer to optimize warehouse layouts and processes, advancing inventory control and KPI-driven improvements. You will collaborate across teams to integrate systems and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Required are a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 5+ years of warehouse or related engineering experience, with WMS/ERP proficiency and strong data analysis skills.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or related engineering roles.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process optimization and lean methodologies.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
• Familiarity with automated warehouse technologies and equipment.
• Ability to design and implement efficient warehouse layouts.
• Experience in inventory management and control practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
• Certification in Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
