Job summary

Summers Rubber, a division of Singer Industrial, seeks a Warehouse Associate at our Cleveland, Ohio location to support the handling, organization, and movement of industrial hose and related products. This role offers hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will load/unload, pick/pack orders, and maintain inventory and safety standards while collaborating with teammates across departments. Training is available for forklift operation.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working with heavy-duty industrial materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Must possess a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with industrial hose, fittings, and materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Organize and stock inventory using proper material handling techniques.
• Maintain labeling, tagging, and warehouse organization standards.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training available).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Support team members and assist across departments as needed.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
