Job summary

Summers Rubber, a division of Singer Industrial, seeks a Warehouse Associate to support the handling, organization, and movement of industrial hose and related products in Cleveland, OH. The role is hands-on and requires safety-conscious, detail-oriented teamwork.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, picking/packing, inventory organization, labeling, and cycle counting. Forklift experience or willingness to become certified is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working with heavy-duty industrial materials.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with industrial hose, fittings, and materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Organize and stock inventory using proper material handling techniques.
• Maintain labeling, tagging, and warehouse organization standards.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training available).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Support team members and assist across departments as needed.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
