Job summary

Warrior is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Springtown, TX to support the Asset Reliability Center (ARC). Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, shipping, and inventory control within a safe, organized warehouse environment.

You will operate material handling equipment, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with production, logistics, and vendors. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliability in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver's license with ability to meet company driving requirements.
• 1 year of stable work history or military service.
• At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, logistics, or related experience.
• Basic computer skills to learn ERP or inventory management systems.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and store incoming materials and inventory.
• Pick, stage, package, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle count activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate freight as needed.
• Maintain material traceability throughout manufacturing operations.
• Follow warehouse procedures, work instructions, and company safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
