Job summary

Driven Distribution Group in Arlington, TX seeks a Warehouse Associate - Equipment Stocker to support receiving, sorting, and stocking of products for efficient distribution. You will organize items for easy access, assist with return processing, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a non-climate controlled warehouse.

Role requires lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, standing for long periods, and certification to operate lift equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have a HS Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a physically active warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to work under pressure and adapt to shift changes.
• Must be certified to operate a truck lift by Tri-State Enterprises’ designated trainer.
• Must learn to operate a scanning gun.
• Demonstrated alignment with DRIVE Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Receive and evaluate incoming freight; coordinate with team to plan stocking.
• Organize and categorize products on warehouse shelves for easy access.
• Put away returns from the warranty process per warehouse procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper packaging waste removal in stocking areas.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and only with proper certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
