Badger, Inc. in Indiana is seeking an Industrial Vacuum Truck Operator to drive liquid vacuum trucks and support equipment in industrial environments. The role emphasizes safety and reliable operation while handling, positioning, and moving equipment.

You will perform set-up of cleaning equipment, complete safety paperwork, and inspect gear before each job in a loud, hazardous setting. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B CDL (Class A preferred).
• Tanker endorsement required or must be obtained shortly after hire.
• No automatic restriction; must be legally permitted to operate a manual shift truck.

Responsibilities

• Drives and operates Liquid Vacuum Truck and/or Air mover vehicles.
• Assists with set up of all necessary cleaning equipment such as high-pressure pumps, in service line hydro-blasting equipment and Tank Cleaning equipment such as hoses and pumps.
• Completes all safety paperwork and complies with all operational training, guidelines, and procedures.
• Works safely around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial environments.
• Assists in inspecting equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and general work area before starting any job. Inform crew lead or supervisor of deficiencies, which may cause accidents, injuries, or lost productivity.
