Job summary

Vecta Environmental is seeking a CDL Class A or B Vac Truck Operator to join our industrial cleaning team. You will operate vacuum trucks to safely remove waste, liquids, and sludge from client sites, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, proper waste handling, and documentation. The role requires a clean driving record, and prior vacuum truck experience is preferred. Excellent teamwork and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience as a vacuum truck operator or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vacuum truck operations, setup, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with waste management and disposal regulations (hazardous/non-hazardous).
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards and confined space procedures.
• Ability to operate CDL vacuum trucks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A or B vacuum trucks safely and efficiently.
• Remove waste materials, liquids, sludge, and debris from tanks, pits, vessels, and industrial structures.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections on vacuum trucks.
• Follow waste management regulations and maintain disposal records.
• Document work activities, manifests, and disposal records accurately.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.
