Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group Corp. is seeking a UX Designer to collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers and other designers. The role spans discovery to implementation for physical and digital tools and applications, with an emphasis on user-centered design and system consistency.

The position supports hybrid work onsite in Milwaukee, WI, with some remote Fridays. You will contribute to the Enerpac design system, wireframes, prototypes and user research to create cohesive experiences

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in UX, HCI, design or related field.
3–5 years of UX/product design experience across digital and physical-product interfaces.
Portfolio showing user research, journey maps, flows, wireframes and prototypes.

Responsibilities

Apply user-centered design and Design Thinking to cross-functional projects.
Design experiences that connect physical products and digital interfaces.
Create sketches, wireframes, flows, mockups and prototypes communicating design intent.
Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to translate user needs into solutions.
Lead or participate in design reviews, workshops and sprints, documenting rationale and outcomes.
