Hanwha Q CELLS USA INC in Dalton, GA is seeking a Utility Technician to maintain, repair and ensure reliable operation of equipment and building systems. You will inspect machinery, perform routine upkeep and support production safety standards.

The role requires knowledge of mechanical maintenance and electrical processes, plus ability to operate basic tools and BMS systems. You will work in a fast-paced, non climate-controlled environment and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• +1 years of cognitive and vocational experience in handling machine and machine parts
• +1 years knowledge of mechanical maintenance and electrical process
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
• Discipline to execute tasks without procrastination
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to operate basic tools
• Knowledge of BMS systems, door/leveler, dust collector, exhaust fans, humidifiers and high-speed doors
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures
• Ability to read/illustrate maintenance requirements for various pumps
• Able to work in non climate-controlled, fast-paced environments

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair equipment and building systems to support production and safety standards
• Inspect machinery and replace or repair defective parts
• Use tools and equipment to disassemble and reassemble machines
• Apply lubricants and other materials per procedures
• Ensure cleanliness of machines and components
• Adhere to Hanwha Q CELLS policies and procedures
• Support management with special projects as required
• Demonstrate general knowledge of electrical components and motor control
• Understand HVAC and VRV systems
