Qualifications

• Associate degree in technology or science required.
• 4–10 years in manufacturing testing development preferred.
• Proficient with Office, CAD drafting, blue print reading.
• Able to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with hand and power tools, welding, and metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ideation and brainstorming for new products.
• Set up and conduct mechanical and electrical tests on prototypes.
• Record, document, and analyze test data.
• Support design for manufacturing reviews with Operations and NPD.
• Maintain and organize the R&D lab and 5S practices.
