Job summary

PSC Group is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our growing sustainability division in a fast-paced facility. You will operate recycling equipment, maintain line flow, and support safety standards.

Qualifications

• On-site attendance is required.
• Military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate wash line and related equipment to maintain a steady flow of materials.
• Safely operate forklift and skid steer/front-end loader to move product.
• Weigh finished product and place in warehouse as required.
• Complete daily production reports and assist with data entry.
• Monitor wash line equipment, pumps and motors to ensure proper operation.
• Perform basic housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Equipment Operator

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent and constant supply of raw materials into wash line
• Safely operates a forklift and skid steer / front‑end loader to move product
• Properly weighs finished product in boxes and places in warehouse
• Completes daily production reports that are required to be filled out throughout the day
• Oversees all wash line equipment, pumps and motors are operating properly throughout shift
• Performs basic housekeeping duties throughout shift to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Completes any other duties assigned

Job Qualifications

• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on‑site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday Day Shift (Some weekends required)
