Job summary

PSC Group is hiring a Warehouse & Packaging Operator in the United States. This entry-level, temporary-to-full-time role offers paid training and hands-on experience in petrochemical logistics.

You will operate forklifts, set up packaging runs, and ensure accurate labeling while maintaining quality and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, with a willingness to learn and pass required screenings; prior military experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required; paid on-the-job training available.
• Driver’s license and/or TWIC card may be required depending on location.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Speak, read and write fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality required.
• Previous military experience and ability to follow procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load products into containers or trailers with proper securement.
• Set up packaging runs and operate filling lines (manual and semi-automated).
• Label and fill containers (grease and oil products) and package finished products.
• Review production paperwork and ensure labeling accuracy; maintain a clean, safe work area.

Warehouse & Packaging Operator

Looking for a hands-on role with a company that values your work? PSC Group is hiring temporary Warehouse Technicians to join our high-performing operations team. This entry-level position offers competitive pay, paid training, and the chance to gain valuable experience in the petrochemical logistics industry. While this role is initially temporary it allows the individual to show their skill and reliability as a worker, and should the candidate show exemplary performance and a willingness to learn and grow, the customer reserves the right to offer them a position as a full-time employee of the facility.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load products into containers or trailers, ensuring proper securement
• Set up packaging runs
• Operate manual and semi-automated filling lines
• Label and fill various container types, including drums, pails, cartridges, and other packaging with grease and oil products
• Package finished product into various container types, including pails, kegs, drums, and cartridges
• Pull product samples to verify quality
• Perform quality inspections on containers and finished products
• Review and complete production paperwork and labeling for accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Job Qualifications:

• Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available
• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday; must be available for day and evening shifts.
