Job summary

EWOR GmbH seeks ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Fellows are supported by serial entrepreneurs (e.g., Paul Müller, Petter Made) and receive a salary while building their company, plus up to €500k in funding.

You will have weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a global founder community, and extensive hiring and fundraising support to reach product-market-fit and scale a sales/marketing engine.

Qualifications

• You will own, build and run your startup within EWOR's framework.
• Extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
• Hiring support through EWOR's network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Intensive coaching to prepare your startup for multi-million fundraising.
• Iterate product to reach product-market-fit and build sales/marketing engines.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate your startup from concept to growth phase.
• Engage in weekly 1:1 coaching with senior founders.
• Leverage EWOR network to recruit top talent for your venture.
• Prepare and execute strategies to raise external funding.
• Refine product offerings to achieve market fit and scale sales.
