Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Technical Program Integration Analyst to drive execution within the Synergy transformation program. You will map dependencies, document data flows, and support end-to-end integration across Product Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT.

This role requires strong analytical rigor, systems thinking, and Agile collaboration. You will translate updates into actionable insights for leadership and help maintain a connected data framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or related technical field.
• Bachelor of Technology preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify, understand, and document technical integration points and data dependencies across Product Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT systems.
• Develop diagrams and documentation of data flows and integration artifacts.
• Support Program Increment planning and track dependencies and risks.
• Maintain integration roadmaps and ensure data continuity across the Industrial System.
• Communicate progress and decisions to program leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to align priorities and requirements.
