Job summary

Kronos is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design, implement, and manage complex systems and test equipment. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects meet quality standards and on-time delivery at the Minneapolis, MN site.

You will specialize in PLC integration, hardware/software interfaces, and mentor junior engineers while staying up-to-date with automation technologies. Reports to Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems or industrial engineering.
• Experience with PLCs.
• Mastery of knowledge in equipment integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• US person required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical skills to engineering teams, ensuring successful project execution.
• Become an expert in PLC integration and troubleshooting for a complex automated system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, manage system requirements, ensuring they are well-defined and traceable.
• Develop and execute test plans, analyze test results, and drive corrective actions.
• Supervise a small team of 2–3 and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
