Job summary

Hatched Recruitment Group represents an early-stage technology company building AI-powered engineering solutions for manufacturers and engineering teams. You’ll translate complex customer needs into production-ready mechanical designs using Creo and related CAD tools, working across heavy industry, aerospace, and industrial machinery.

You’ll influence how AI technologies support engineers, collaborating with product teams to ensure manufacturability, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout

Qualifications

• 7+ years in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• Experience taking products from concept to production in heavy industry or advanced manufacturing.
• Expert-level CAD experience (Creo preferred) and related tools.
• Experience with FEA/FEM, GD&T, FMEA and validation activities.
• Hands-on knowledge of machining, injection molding, or additive manufacturing.
• Familiarity with OSHA, AS9100, ISO standards.
• Strong communication with engineering teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into production-ready mechanical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across product development.
• Provide technical oversight between AI technologies and manufacturing environments.
• Advise on manufacturing processes including high-speed machining.
