The Industrial and Systems Engineer II supports moderate scale companywide initiatives and network wide projects for McLane related to cost reduction and productivity improvements. Plan, organize, implement, and manage capital and process improvement initiatives within the facility, region or network and act as a subject matter expert for DC Operations. Perform operational and transportation analysis, continuous process improvements, warehouse management system configuration as well as facility and capacity planning. Conduct design, configure, test warehouse management system and train teammates on new workflows.
