Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an Industrial and Systems Engineer to drive continuous improvement across large-scale operations.

You will lead time studies, analyze operational data, and support Labor Management Systems and engineered standards while partnering with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions. This role requires up to 75% travel nationwide and proximity to a McLane location to work from a Distribution Center during non-travel weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering preferred
• Other applicable engineering degrees considered
• Experience with time studies and continuous improvement methods
• Knowledge of WMOS, Manhattan Active, or Blue Yonder preferred
• Labor Management, MOST, and engineered standards experience
• Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and Microsoft Office 365
• Strong oral and written communication skills with confidence presenting to leaders
• Ability to read/write/understand English at a functional level
