Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an Industrial and Systems Engineer to drive continuous improvement across nationwide operations. You will lead time studies, optimize labor, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in collaboration with site leadership.

This role requires up to 75% travel and proximity to major airports for field support. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IS Engineering, experience with WMOS/Blue Yonder, and strong communication skills for leadership presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering preferred
• Experience with time studies and continuous improvement methods

• Labor Management, MOST, and engineered standards experience
• SQL and MS Office proficiency
• Strong communication skills, able to present to leaders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering preferred
• Other applicable engineering degrees considered
• Experience with time studies and continuous improvement methods
• Knowledge of Manhattan WMOS, Manhattan Active, or Blue Yonder preferred
• Labor Management, MOST, and engineered standards experience
• Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and Microsoft Office 365
• Strong oral and written communication skills with confidence presenting to leaders
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
