Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an Industrial Engineer to analyze and optimize production systems for high-speed automated assembly. You will develop line balance strategies to maximize throughput and resource use, and you will support automated material handling systems including robotics and conveyors.

You will also design efficient work cell layouts for auto and manual operations and use FlexSim to model systems, delivering data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5 years minimum experience and understanding of manufacturing systems, process optimization, and labor analysis.
• Experience with data analysis and process improvement techniques.
• Ability to develop layouts, workflows, and standardized work instructions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
