Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Industrial/Mechanical Engineer to plan and optimize production systems, driving productivity and profitability across the value stream.

You will create IE master data, coordinate cross-functional projects, and analyze KPIs like OEE and TEEP to guide decisions. CAD proficiency is preferred, with collaboration in both functional and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of Engineering experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment.
• Solid understanding of engineering processes and production-related topics.
• Confident, cooperative and solution-oriented approach.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and knowledge of industry standards.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
• Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical engineering principles (preferred).
• Experience in functional and cross-functional teams (preferred).
