Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of hands-on technical experience preferred in areas such as field service, industrial maintenance, mechanical or electrical assembly, machine building, industrial equipment support, automation or manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical prints, schematics, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automated industrial dust-collection and filtration systems in the Troy shop.
• Follow mechanical prints, electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and system documentation.
• Complete industrial wiring, cable routing, wire landing, crimping, soldering, and cable organization, as applicable.
• Assemble and bolt together mechanical, sheet-metal, and equipment components.
• Support complete system buildout and in-house testing while maintaining clean, accurate, and organized workmanship.
• Shift between multiple systems and priorities as production volume increases.
