Olsson is seeking a Structural Group Leader for the Industrial Facility Engineering and Design team in Omaha. This role leads a talented group of professionals, mentoring staff, aligning resources, and delivering high-quality solutions for diverse industrial projects.

You will drive group goals, strengthen performance, and build strong client relationships while fostering growth and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel across varying experience levels.
• 8+ years of structural engineering experience, including industrial facility projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering or a related field is preferred; associate degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
