Olsson is seeking a Structural Group Leader for the Industrial Facility Engineering and Design team. You will lead a talented group, mentor staff, plan workload, and ensure high-quality project delivery across industrial facilities.

The role emphasizes aligning resources with client objectives, building strong client relationships, and driving growth while upholding Olsson's values and collaborative, people-centered engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in structural engineering or related field preferred; associate degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
• At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel with the ability to lead through others.
• 8+ years of structural engineering experience, including industrial facility projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
